Sports & Reinventing Leadership - Dreams & Details CEO, Mikael Trolle

We caught up with the former national volleyball coach of Denmark and Dreams & Details co-founder and CEO, Mikael Trolle, at EU Business School’s exclusive Dreams & Details conference that was held in L’Auditori in Barcelona. We asked him about the new leadership model he developed alongside Jim Hagemann Snabe, Chairman of Siemens and Maersk, and how his experience in the sports industry shaped the way he perceives good leadership. Trolle advises #SportsManagement students to firstly understand the true meaning of sports – “it’s about culture, it’s about feelings”. Once you understand that, only then you will be able to understand and succeed in the #sports business.
